We offer Trade Body and Regulated Qualifications within our First Aid at Work suite of courses, AED and Paediatric First Aid Level 3, you may complete any of our courses and receive a non regulated Trade Body Certificate, certified by Pro Trainings EU. All courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to meet the guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2013 and meet all requirements set out by the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981.
The Pro Trainings Qualification (trade body) is awarded to candidates completing any of our courses.
The course content is the same as regulated courses and certificates are valid for the same period.
The Regulated Qualifications are provided through an awarding organisation, that is recognised and regulated by one of the UK regulators such as Ofqual in England and SQA accreditation in Scotland. With this type of qualification the certificate of achievement awarded to successful learners will contain the logo of TQUK (Training Qualifications UK) along with the full qualification title and number. There is a slightly higher cost for these courses. A regulated qualification can be required for funding purposes as it can sometimes be seen to have a higher value to trade body qualifications because it is approved by a UK regulator as well as the awarding organisation.
You now have the option to complete your First Aid at Work courses as Blended Learning, meaning part one is completed by e-learning and can easily be completed in short sessions on any computer or mobile device. There are many benefits to blended learning some of which are it allows you to learn the theory at your pace, at a time that suits you, blended learning will save you time and money allowing more of your staff to undergo group learning at anyone time. We can come to your workplace and run part 2 the practical session, or alternatively you can send individuals to join one of our scheduled courses. (First Aid at Work Level 3 will consist of 6 hours of online training followed by 2 days in the classroom)
